Nokai Announces Windows 7 Phone Handset Based on February 11 Later?

Speculation about the possibility of using the Windows OS Nokia Phone 7 again erupted after the CEO of Nokia, Stephen Elop, reportedly prepared to talk with investors in London and plans to make a big announcement before the Mobile World Congress 2011. According to Elop announcement will be made on 11 February this strategic and therefore is expected to involve the Windows Phone 7.

So far Nokia choose to Symbian OS smartphones made and until now has not shown encouraging results. Shares of Nokia continued undermined by other mobile OS such as Android and IOS.
Stephen Elop himself has long been hanging out with the Microsoft environment because prior to joining Nokia, Elop is one of Canada's top Microsoft executives.

Therefore, many pundits speculated that the possibility of Nokia for the alliance with Microsoft and using Windows 7 Phone OS in their products is not something impossible.
