The closer the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2011, leaks about the latest gadgets harder blows. This time shift Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, which is the successor of Samsung Galaxy Tabs, one tablet which is considered as the main competitor iPad.

Samsung as well as HTC will install Gingerbread (Android 2.3) in this tablet. The reason is that Android 3.0, aka Honeycomb was not ready when the Galaxy Tab 2 prepared slides. However, Galaxy Tab 2 will be able to use the Android 3.0 Android OS Honeycomb immediately after this particular tablet is available in the final version.
